anyone know how to make a windows install and file to run once install is done?

I have used #15 steps that i saw it run the install file and ai can see the files. but running it gives all kinds of errors so something in the install.bat is not working or we need better instructions for windows. I have spent 2 days trying to understand it. I would like to run it locally. i am thankful for the demo page and the website. but i would like to do it on my machine.
