feat: Add Norwegian locale

Took liberty of adding Norwegian locale

There is already nb for Bokmål and nn for Nynorsk (in the develop branch) so this could be edited to fix the issues with the existing Bokmål translation (asimut misspelled as azimut, elevasjon instead of høyde). For the record: eg kan norsk.
