Use the Region preference along with Language

Issue details

My project is configured to use region along with language. We already have most strings translated and want only the delta to be translated via the tool. Which the tool already does. But it fails to account for the region suffix in folder structure and tries to translate all strings and create new folders with region excluded. It will be really if the tool respected region as translation in one region for the same language may differ in another one. or at least have an option to select region while translating

Hi, thanks for the feedback!

I first considered regions, but that would be complicated and the languages to consider would be an order of magnitude more complex. Do you have any thoughts on this? Welcome to provide comments or PR!
