Incorrect Defs search

(Google Translate) The "Defs" folder should not only be searched in subfolders of mod versions, but also in the root folder of the mod, as some modders only put version related def files in the version folder, while leaving the main ones in the root folder. Right now the search doesn't "see" the "Defs" folder in such mods, which breaks the translation.

I think the search algorithm should be like this: root folder of the mod → subfolders of versions → if there is a match, then prefer files from the folder with the newest version
