Cloudlet use

I installed a docker container with OvenMediaEngine. I use the default Server.xml file.

The cloud is based on the Jelastic Engine, which uses the cloudlet unit to scale docker containers.

Initially no stream or viewers, my server uses 1/200 cloudlet. Before starting the OBS or vMix stream, after the init stream, my container uses 2/200 cloudlet with 5 viewers.

The problem is that the delay is 2.5s.

1 hour later my container uses 6/200 with the same number of spectators, but the delay has improved to 1s.

The question is: how to force my container to resize faster.
