Add Delay Between Segment or Effect Activations
Current limitation: WLED does not currently support setting delays or timed pauses between the activation of different segments or before starting each effect within the controller itself. This limits the ability to create smooth, sequential lighting animations without relying on external scripts or manual control.
Proposed enhancement: Implement a native feature in WLED firmware that allows users to:
Configure a delay or pause before activating a segment or an effect. Set delays between activating multiple segments in sequence. Benefits:
Enables seamless sequential or chained lighting effects directly on the controller. Removes dependency on external automation tools or scripts for timing control. Expands creative possibilities for more complex and dynamic light shows.

- store a preset for each segment (use "Checked Segments only" when storing the preset)
- create a playlist that starts your segment presets with the delays you want
- use this playlist as the "boot preset" or "power on preset"
