Note - I've already merged the workflow changes to download all the bins as i couldn't test the event trigger without it being in the master branch

The pulling of the updated bins when triggered from the other repo is now working

If we can reference the bin files from the main release directly rather than needing them on the same hostname/domain this simplifies things quite a bit @lost-hope and also no need for LFS
