Unresponsive when wifi is changed

Hi there, Im using the basic example here,

let's suppose I have got 2 hotspot connections. Named as hotspot A and B.

my nodemcu connects to any of the hotspot available and then creats its own ap with with name Hotspot C

scenario one: (hotspot A) nodemcu connects to A and alexa connects to hotspot C and discovers devices everything works fine.

scenario two: (hotspot B) nodemcu connects to hotspot B and launches Hotspot C Alexa then connects to C but it doesn't discover device, but if the devices are discovered earlier using Hotspot A before then when I switch to hotspot B the devices are unresponsive note that I can use other iot devices fine like my smart fan.
