Can you check if this happens when you start airhv.sys, or if both drivers need to be loaded?
Could you build new airhv and check if the last commit 31253da586b8b0f9de3f65d4c34e642f38d4dd5e fixed the issue? (Don't try to start hyperhide as it is not yet compatible)
It looks like it failed to get the offsets, but this is strange because this version of Windows is supported. Are you using the latest version of hyperhide?
I think it is possible but at this moment I don't have much time to port it.

Yes, nested virtualization is disabled by default in hyper-v
You should disable VBS, because airhv will not work as long as it is enabled
Did you enable test sigining mode?
And what is your windows version?
Could send a minidump file?
