Not working on OS X / macOS / Chrome

OS X users reported that the extension is not working for them on Chrome. I don't currently have a way to test it personally, so any console error log would be appreciated while I investigate.

I suspect the issue was not specific to macOS/OS X, but rather an issue with permissions after a recent Chrome update. Version 1.1.4 should address it, I'll try and test further.
