Failed to retrieve the latest version from the gs-sec.ww.np.dl.playstation.net

I have problem with both 0.9 an 1.0 versions. Problem is the same:

0.9:

HTTPSConnectionPool(host='gs-sec.ww.np.dl.playstation.net', port=443): Max retries exceeded with url: /plo/np/CUSA00265/a5a9827b9e929548c081e2c42e87b307edf6bf18344332ea161b5faad1d9861f/CUSA00265-ver.xml (Caused by NewConnectionError(': Failed to establish a new connection: [WinError 10060] 

1.0:

ERRORFailed to retrieve the latest version from the gs-sec.ww.np.dl.playstation.net: Get "https://gs-sec.ww.np.dl.playstation.net/plo/np/CUSA00265/a5a9827b9e929548c081e2c42e87b307edf6bf18344332ea161b5faad1d9861f/CUSA00265-ver.xml": dial tcp 10.0.0.1:443: connectex: A connection attempt failed because the connected party did not properly respond after a period of time, or established connection failed because connected host has failed to respond.

So far I checked that failed link is working fine BUT it has certificate issue in browser. This is probably Sony self signed cert. Maybe app fails due to this problem?

Also checked python version - and looks like it works ok, so this is only new UI version problem.
