Not able to run the app

PS C:\xampp2\htdocs\survey\laravel-surveyjs> php artisan serve Could not open input file: artisan

@harshaldosh did it worked ? I am getting same issue. I run the following commands ~composer install ~npm install ~npm run production and then ~php artisan serve Could not open input file: artisan
