Code gets added to the end of the file (main()) instead of inside the body of the code

Issue

Fairly often, code gets inserted into the main function at the end of the program instead of where it should be in the body of the program.

Version and model info

Aider version: latest (also happened with the last few versions too) LLM: Claude Sonnet 3.5
