fixed html duplicates, checks if Zoom or Yorblet exist

Fixed the duplicate html function.

One question thought: Once the html project list is created, where should the links go? The Zoom room, the Yorblet, or project page? If Yorblet, we should figure out how to drop people to a location via url.
