TLSR8250 - In LYWSD002 - Anyone brave enough to help me with a new firmware?

Title says (almost) all:

We have an LYWSD002, which is sporting:

  • TLSR8250F512ET32 BLE controller
  • SHT3x temperature and humidity sensor
  • Weird E-Ink display (flex cable: HB0168 20201208)

Screen itself has a very nice shape and size:

Stock firmware unfortunately displays clock on the top large 7-segment display, and I really want to display the temperature there.

That would make this ideal to place far from your viewpont (for example outside).

Now problems:

  • Need to start creating a new firmware: is this SDK good for start?
  • Found some details about this display: https://gitee.com/ycqian2018/wft0375-cf50 (but for this, flex cable has marking of "WFT0375-CF50"). Mine can be different (but display-wise it's the same. Maybe due to the fact, WFT0375 is controlled by 9bit SPI, and TLSR8250 is not capable of doing 9bit?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
