Ra-08H Kit AT questions

Hello I'm busy writing up the AT commands for Rust with an example how to use it on a Raspberry Pico W.

I'm looking through the documentation - there's no wiring-up diagram/instructions. Nor are there any mentions what are the default communication standard (SPI? UART? I2C? How?). Also when I plug in the device, there's no LEDs showing up (I've bought 2, both don't light up).

Questions:

1. When bought, does the unit have running firmware?
2. If not, then which repository needs to be compiled with which instructions to get firmware running on this unit?
3. Which communication standard does it start the AT commands with? I2C, UART, SPI?
4. At which baud rate?
5. To which pins do you connect it?
