Add possibility to generate LoRaWAN AT firmware for missing regions

I have added code to Makefile and inc/aithinker_code.h include file in its project to support other LoRaWAN regions besides US915, CN470 and EU868 as my Ra-08 came flashed with CN region to EU. As the building process was not straightforward and the OTA firmware has issues with the base address setting in Makefile, I have added a readme and fixed the errors in code and broken newlines in the include file as well.
