Clean and reformat Islamic websites page

The idea is to have a document that contains all the trusted Islamic websites in a classified and well-organized manner to make sure that developers and scholars are aware of the existing efforts and the missing gaps.

I started by copying some raw data from http://bilalphilips.com/islamic-websites/

But still, some efforts are needed to clean this material and prepare it to be a good base for an always-updated classified page for Islamic websites.
