[1.20.1] [Request] Config to disable dom/rec genes

Hello, I was wondering if you would be fine with adding a config to disable the genes and just effectively have both genes be the same when mutating from parents. The genes would probably be randomly chosen from the parents in some way but it would take both dominant and recessive from the same parents instead.
