Switch channel

How do I switch between channel? Ex.: I'm on channel A and I want to join channel B: How can I leave my current room (channel A) and join channel B, with just one click? Sequentially I would have to leave channel A, and join into channel B, but i am not able to do that by myself *I'm using JS
