Live video annotations during 1-1 Video call

I would like to see support for live video annotations during the 1-1 video call using Agora SDK

Basically the audience should be able to annotate the live video they are watching of the streamer. There should be a feature where in basic shapes like circle, square etc can be used to annotate certain parts of the video.
