Audio & Video are not synced in the Video which is made after ending live streaming .

The video is displayed first and the audio is coming after the video. There is some blank screen before and after starting the video.

no we are going live from webcam and uses on promise agora SDK. When we use cloud recording then we are getting "435: No recorded files created. There is nothing to record because no user is in the channel." error when we stop the streaming. Can you please check and tell why we are getting these errors.

sorry for late replies. the error sounds like you are trying to record an invalid channel. could you pls share me more information e.g. channel name, timestamp etc for me to investigate?

Did any one found any solution for this? I am also getting same error with cloud recording:

435: No recorded files created. There is nothing to record because no user is sending any stream in the channel.

I'm sending stream from mobile app.
