我使用 Andriod Studio 编译了 OpenDuo ，然后在两款安卓手机上进行测试，发现可以视频通话，但是通过几秒钟后，就会视频会变得非常模糊； 我测试的安卓手机：一加 5T，8T，华为。也刷过 Oppo 系统，现象还是一样。安卓版本是 安卓9 和 11； 修改了过 setVideoEncoderConfiguration 的配置参数，结果一样，都是通话一开始很清晰，但是几秒钟或者 10 来秒后，两台手机看对方都会非常模糊。网速应该是没有问题的，测试 WiFi 和 4G，5G 都一样，手机性能应该也不差； 项目比较急，麻烦指点一下，多谢！
