Simultaneously use device(IOs) front camera for agora video conference and record video with the back camera using camera plugin.

Video Recording with back camera gets frozen on IOs devices when video broadcasting with agora is initialised even though agora is currently using only the front camera.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behaviour:

1. Start video recording using camera plugin with the back camera and create a create preview widget
2. Initialize agora engine and call start video method and join a channel as a broadcaster
3. Make a preview of both videos on the screen

Expected behaviour The back camera video recording will start for a few seconds until agora engine is initialised and the video preview will freeze the instance agora preview starts showing
