Chrome: getUserMedia failed {type: "error", msg: "NotAllowedError"}

This is something to do with the new updates to Chrome.

How do we fix this?!

@Gene-Dana sorry for late reply. Is this error constantly reproducible? The error usually means you have not granted camera/mic access. Could you pls help check on that?
