Bump project deps to latest versions

Howdy @roblevintennis, I hope all is well. Making a quick bump to the project dependencies, as this project currently seem to be using 1.0.0-base.0, known to have issues. This should fix it.

Also, if you try to install it, you'll notice a Vite issue...don't be alarmed; it's a known issue with 1.0.0-beta72 that should be fixed in the next release.
