Internet availability status locked to one state

When there is rapid change in the network status for continuous intervals eg 4 times, the internet availability status locks to internet not being available. An example is when airplane mode is switched on and off in an interval of 2 seconds for 4 times.

Thanks for reporting this issue. Will try to debug it as soon as I get some time. It would be awesome if you have found the reason for this bug and have solved it. You can raise a PR as well :)

Unfortunately I haven't quite found the cause yet. But I will try and see what I can do about it.
