Evaluator names wrong on overview page for evaluation SDK

To reproduce: Create an evaluation using the SDK. Navigate to the overview main page in the results. Instead of the evaluator name, you will find some ID. Note that if you jump into test cases, you will find the evaluator name correctly shown.

The screen shots show how the evaluator name is shown outside in the main menu and in the test case view.
