fix(frontend): Restoring a variant revision in the playground fails

Description

This pull request addresses multiple improvements and fixes to enhance the functionality and user experience. The key changes include:

1. Correctly pass variantId for the active variant to fetch the appropriate prompt revision.

2. Separation of Business Logic:

   • Extracted business logic from UI components into a custom hook.
   • Dynamically imported the hook to prevent use in oss.

3. Endpoint View Enhancements:

   • Made the production radio button active only when present and deployed.
   • Ensured the production radio button is the first option in the radio group.
