📘 Description Added integration support for mcp-agent. This PR patches mcp_agent.tracing.telemetry.get_tracer to use the AgentOps tracer, ensuring that mcp-agent spans are automatically captured when AgentOps instrumentation is enabled.

🧪 Testing Validated code structure, imports, and integration with the existing instrumentation framework. Full functional testing was limited by local environment dependencies.
