📘 Description Added comprehensive documentation for setting up and running AgentOps backend services in docs/backend-setup.md. This guide covers the API server, ClickHouse, Supabase/PostgreSQL, and OpenTelemetry Collector. The main docs/README.md was also updated to reference this new guide and improve the overall documentation structure.
