Disable metro features stops working - possibly after laptop goes into hibernate/sleep

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Install win8
2. Check disable metro features option
3. Use machine as normal. I think this happens after I sleep and/or hibernate 
my laptop, but Im not 100% sure.
4. Move mouse to edges of screen and see the charms pop up, even though disable 
metro features is still checked.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
When you move your mouse to the edge of the screen no charms should pop up, 
since disable metro options is still checked. However, I still see the charms.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Power8 version 1.3.0.524 on Windows 8

Please provide any additional information below.

Confirmed on W8/1.4.
Low priority because unchecking the box and checking it back fixed the problem. 
However issue exists...
