Xiaomi Redmi note 8 pro kernel installing

Hi, I want to install this kernel to my Xiaomi Redmi note 8 pro. I have compiled kernel sourсes from android-10.0 branch, but now I have several questions:

1. How to flash a compiled kernel to my device? I found anykernel3 project, but I don't know how to configure it correctly for redmi note 8 pro. Or maybe some other variants of how to do this exist?
2. What is the difference between android-10.0, android-10.0-orig and android-10.0-staging branches?
3. Can I install this kernel on AOSP rom or they will be working only on MIUI?

Sorry for my stupid questions, it is my first experience for building and flashing kernel to smartphone. 😊
