Update process.js -> Negative marks calculation.

For 2 marks questions, it was taking -0.67 as deduction marks. According to rule, it should be -0.66. I have tried to correct that part.

Not really. For negative marks exactly 1/3 rd mark is reduced. i.e., 0.67 for a 2 mark question. But if 2 such questions are wrong, reduced mark is 1.33
