PSD output appears to be pixelated

(Ignore the font family and size) Both of them have dimension: 840x300 (pixels)

Why is this happening? Also can we set DPI while writing PSD??

Can you show me the code? I don't know if you're reading or writing the file, what are you using to view the result?

iam writing the file, here i will create individual layers and push it into children property and the resulting written file, iam opening in photoshop...

There's nothing in the writing that does any rescaling of your canvases so it has to do something with the way you set the canvases
