Hi @zukaC

Close System Preferences then open Terminal and paste this :

defaults delete ~/Library/Containers/com.apple.ScreenSaver.Engine.legacyScreenSaver/Data/Library/Preferences/ByHost/com.JohnCoates.Aerial.plist

Then you should be ok.
