Select English language pack by default

Hello,

Since most of the applications are based on English, while other languages are implemented through translations.

I don't really understand Android's language selection mechanism, does it fall back to the base language when the app's translation doesn't contain some fields?

If it does work that way, would it make more sense to check the English language pack by default, plus the local language?

And since Android now supports multiple language selection, it would be nice if SAI could select all the languages in the language list by default.
