[PW-2757] Ability to add text to payment methods

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. With payment methods native to Magento 2 (like Bank Transfer Payment), I can add texts like instructions or descriptions. With payment methods handled by the Adyen module, I do not have this option.

Describe the solution you'd like Add a text field to payment methods in the stores configuration.

Describe alternatives you've considered I’ve considered extending the module with another bespoke module, but I think this should be core functionality.

Thank you for raising this issue. We will discuss this suggestion internally and going to get back to you with the answer. After that if you could also create the PR for these configuration fields that would be very nice and we could include this feature in the next release as well. Contribution is always appreciated :)
