[ECP-9246] Fix fatal error when creating a credit memo with delete products

Description This PR fixes a fatal error that occurs when attempting to credit a credit memo, while the order contains products that have bene deleted on the store.

Tested scenarios

  • Creating a credit memo containing items that no longer exists
