Issues with "predictive back" transitions

I realize it's probably not a priority for fixing, but there's a couple transition problems with Android 15's predictive back gesture.

When the app was going through it's redesign initially they all worked perfectly.

Now as of version 5.5.0, the predictive back animation for the pop-up scripture menu doesn't work, and the transition from the lesson page back to the apps home screen is missing an animation (it's instantaneous).

This is happening on my Pixel 6, Android 15, app version 5.5.0
