Range filter per ore

It would be nice to have a range filter that we can set per block, or for a group of blocks, so that, for example, I could have diamond_ore set for the default range, and then have iron_ore only show up when I'm within 8 blocks of it for example, to cut down on the noise.

Also, maybe this could apply to the show lava as well. If set, it'd override the overall range option, so you're not seeing massive lava pools 64 blocks away.
