Toggle All ON/OFF

Just a Simple Button in the GUI to Toggle Every Block in the list ON or OFF

If you have way too many blocks, it's hard to always go through them and turning them on/off, so a button that would do this would be really useful, an alternative to this would be layouts, basically you can save a set of toggled blocks in a layout so you can always access them without having to toggle them one by one every time.
