Update to 5.6

Could you update to 5.6 ? Maybe the other input and Navigation Issues are already solved in 5.6! (the NVidia DLSS 4 Plugin is already released for 5.6) Please give it a try!

I'll do the update when I have some free time. I'm working on another project right now, and it takes all my free time. But I hope they fixed the navigation issues.

Nope, just that City Sample doesn't even support Unreal Engine 5.6 until couple weeks ago

We are now working on the new complete rework of the system that will be made into a plugin. The 5.6 update will come with it. It will be 100 times better than the current Blueprint only approach. But everything will be documented and super easy to understand an use. It will be made to be easy and fast to integrate to you own projects.

Bro please don't delay the update too much, it's been months. And please, keep it blueprint only, nobody wants to compile the project 100 times a day

You won't need to compile anything, as the plugin will already be precompiled. You'll only need to compile it if you modify the plugin itself. For example, when you use the DLSS plugin, do you need to compile the project? No, because the plugin is already compiled.

Also, the new plugin version will make everything much easier and faster to work with, and it’s really going to be a game-changer. But like I said in the other issue you opened, this doesn’t rely on me, as I’m not the main C++ developer of the new version.

First of all, thank you very much for your great work. Can you estimate when the update for 5.6 will be released? That would be extremely helpful for me in planning my project. However, I understand if that is not possible and do not want to bother you.

I'm really happy to hear that you like my work, thank you :) Now, considering the update, it will be available for both 5.6 and 5.7 when finished, but I can't really give you an ETA right now. The plugin code is making really good progress, but we need to rework every Blueprint to use the new system, and this is going to take a lot of time, unfortunately. I want to finish it as soon as possible because this project is important to me, but I also have a lot of work outside of that, so I don't have much time to work on it right now.
