Admin View for human takeover

I plan to create sort of administration view as an extension of the current tracking view. This could enable a active intervention of a human as soon as the user gets stuck with the bot.

Hi Adrian. I would like to join in creating this administration view and have human intervention too.

Hei @juliomac Sure, feel free to submit a merge request for it. I could imagine a new /admin screen where you could see all the existing conversations and respond to them. Let me know if you need any help. The readme should describe the setup pretty well.
