Compile errors in Windows with Python 3.11.2

Hi Friend,

Thank you for this. I tried to compile it in PS / Windows 11 and latest version of Python 3.11.2.

On another machine, I tried with 3.7.16. Seemed to work better but still got path errors, although I believe that is MY fault. Will uninstall 3.11.2 and reinstall full 3.7.16, update and run "pip install -r requirements.txt.

Here is the error I received.

It compiled and ran fine after installing 3.7.9. I updated the pip, installed Wheel and EZ_Setup as well. Fixed my path issue as well.

I am not a developer but have been trying to dig into the issue. Came up empty handed. Even Asked Chat GPT, followed some instructions and it still didn't compile with the newest version. Hope this helps.

Hi, just wanted to ask if the issue you are facing is in python 3.11 or in python 3.7. I tried the same with python 3.11.1 and everything seems to work
