Create Related Record item action for Entity List is not displayed when the list is rendered on web page using Liquid, i.e. {% include "entity_list" key: "My Entity List" %}.

The same action displays fine on the same list when that list is displayed via association with a web page.

I'm curious if you've verified whether the liquid template works as expected in the SaaS version of Dynamics 365 portals? If it doesn't work there we'd probably want to see if it will get fixed there before fixing it here.

Please test if it works in the online portals. If it works there then we can look into this.

I've tested this and it appears to work. If you're still having issues please provide screenshots of the portal and the configuration for the entity list and entity permission records.
