AEM Watched Folder Payload Not Found

Expected Behavior

When I place an XML file in the input file, it should generate the entire payload directory, so the workflow can interact with the payload like generate document of record in the payload dir.

Actual Behavior

When I place an XML file in the input folder, the watched folder should generate the entire payload path:

Steps to Reproduce

In order to reproduce, you need to create a Watched Folder in AEM, configured with a process file using Workflow.

On the server side, input any XML file in the input folder generated by the watched folder. In the path found in the screenshot below:

Check payload directory generated by watched folder, and make sure if the entire path was generated.

Sorry for not connecting the dots, but what ACS Commons feature are you using here exactly?
