Audition: On the first launch CEP panel is display at maximum size

Geometry settings for my panel are following: <Geometry> <Size> <Height>720</Height> <Width>480</Width> </Size> <MaxSize> <Height>2160</Height> <Width>3840</Width> </MaxSize> <MinSize> <Height>400</Height> <Width>400</Width> </MinSize> </Geometry>

When I launch Audition for the first time (or after deleting preferences from ~/Library/Preferences/Adobe/Audition) my panel is displayed at maximum size (3840x2160)
