Not setting EPP and EBP even though i know its supported by my system

@Aryan-2607 Most likely, the issue is that you are using a driver that does not support EPB. Switching to the intel_pstate should solve the problem

when i swtich to intel pstate it shows that it is setting the minimum frequency to what i have set but it doesnt respect it,how can i fix that
