[Feature Request] Date/Time/Frame Range search for gen 3 seeds
I was wondering if, in the future, we could get a gen 3 searcher like the one in RNGreporter. The current one using 16/32 seed search is great for emulation, but on retail, it can be an issue as I tend to want to look for seeds that happen within the first day. The search gives you the seed with the lowest frame, but the date and time for those seeds tend to be very far off, and thus is really only reasonable to go for on emulator. I'd like an option to maybe specify a month/day instead of just a year, as High frames aren't as much of an issue if the wait to get to a seed is only a few hours. I find myself needing to use RNGreporter for this right now, and due to it not being supported any more for gens 3 & 4, having this feature would be nice.
